Complaints and Grievance Redressal System (GRS)

At the Sindh Rural Support Foundation (SRSF) we are committed to ensuring accountability, transparency, and responsiveness in all our operations. An essential part of this commitment is providing a clear and accessible Grievance Redressal System (GRS) that allows individuals to voice concerns or report any mismanagement, irregularities, or risks they may encounter.

Our policy encourages all stakeholders-including staff, partners, and community members-to report their concerns in a safe, respectful, and effective manner, without fear of retaliation or adverse consequences.

How to File a Complaint
